If you are not currently a member please complete an application and send to the address listed or provide an electronic version to the Membership Chair. Current members may pay their annual dues online.

Dues are due on an annual basis in the following categories, please select accordingly:

Active Member - $25.00 annually

Affiliate Membership - $15.00 annually

Student Membership - $10.00 $0.00 annually

To pay your dues by mail, please choose "Mail" as your member affiliation, complete the online form and  remit payment. At "checkout" you  do NOT have to input credit card information to complete your order. Please send a copy of your invoice with your payment for our reference.
